Return & Refund Policy

ZYLO Perfumery currently does not accept any returns or exchanges for any orders that have been placed due to the nature of the products we offer. All of our products are available in a decant or trial size to allow customers to try our products without having to purchase a large amount, we recommend decant/trial size if you are unsure of your selection.  If you would like to dispute an order please email us at  [email protected]

      • Perfumes are non – returnable products.
      • Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective by the customer.  
      • Samples/Decants i.e 10ML are strictly non – returnable/ refundable / exchangeable. 
      • Customer is liable to ship the product back to our address if any perfume is returned.
      • Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
      • Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping

         
      • Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.

Please write your Order ID / Full name / Address / Email on the return parcel.
